What Gives Me Peace

This is a list of what gives me peace


* God's words - they give me the greatest peace and put my heart at ease

* sunsets and sunrises - a symbol of death...and rebirth by God's leave.
* my mom and dad's comforting voices at night
* my siblings who make life so much brighter
* my grandmother and her priceless wisdom
* my step-brothers and sisters whose innocent voices make my heart smile
* the many beautiful people i've come across in my life and the memories they've implanted in my mind and instilled in my heart. they're remembered profusely in moments of inspiration.
* beautiful people in general. their characteristics are unforgettable. they teach us lessons in their silence and in their speech. may Allah bless them all.
* stories of the Prophets - they assure me that the great people of times past have struggled..and succeeded. a great inspiration.
* my heart - that at times mourns and at times rejoices. it sparks inspiration and brings forth change with every new season.

here's to what gives us all peace. it is most definitely what helps us survive in this world that can at times turn so cold.
